This morning, I rose in the college Rene Guy Cadou St Brevin (Loire Atlantique) in front of 6th graders. The message is, challenges, and motivates them to make them as a cleanup project at the end of the year. The message is well received! Students viewers become actors! I am very happy.

The questions are flying in all directions, it's great that exchange with them ... this is my reward for my days spent cleaning up the rubbish of others in the rain, snow, wind .. but also by beautiful sunny days!

My primary motivation in my projects is the environmental awareness, and when I spend a great time with students as this morning, my day will be exceptional!!

Okay, there are some who sulk a little, or not listening really, but I am convinced that the intervention will pay off ...

A student from last year came to see me to tell me that he continued his efforts, and to encourage me! Is not it awesome! Beh And if it is even TOO GOOD !!!!! Thank you to him!

Another thing, a lovely young lady came to me with chocolates to thank me for my intervention. I was, and I am very touched by this gesture and kind. Thank you to her and her mom.

I also received a call from Nantes for a television news story, and the association "Mountain Riders" who wants me to become ambassador in clean mountain they hold! The day is really outstanding!

Here I am back down for good Mont Blanc, it will take at least 2 years so I will retry this project ... Meanwhile, I got some equipment, I've been stealing a part too (always annoying) and I still have crampons and ice axes under a stone that friends will look for me later!

In the photo below, I was at 2100 meters near a building abandoned on a train track to the eyrie. That night, he was -11 degrees: a real pleasure with a bag of -4 °! ha ha ha. I suffered!

Mt Blanc is and will remain a place of myth and grandeur obsessed me for a year! I switch hands, and I will return ...

In 2 short weeks, I met my last class ... then he will do without me.

The title of this article explains the mixture of the components of my current environment! a real pleasure! After a few days without power up, I decided to climb to 2000m in the rain and fog! Then, the wind mixes the party, and the rain becomes snow (which I prefer because the snow does not wet as the rain, the rain was really miserable !!!)! Two dangerous places with big snow slides, I was not reassured ... but I had to go! Then a horror vision of a huge snow slide 3 meters tall reminded me of the reality and danger!

so I changed directions to go in the trees and bushes!

Tonight, it was minus 11 degrees! and I did not have my sleeping bag of experience, so I suffered all night! My sleeping bag and the rest of my hardware being at altitude (portages I had done in November)!

This morning, I tell myself I'll try to pass, but crampons and ice ax was suicidal ... very steep slopes and icy reminded me of the reality and danger. I prefer to write these words and continue my projects to succeed this asceticism of Mont Blanc with my bache

On this I will drink hot chocolate.

Now that the holidays are over and that I am "boosted", I returned to the Alps, the majestic Mont Blanc waiting again ... I hope the weather will be with me! The fateful date of January 16 is approaching ... after I can no longer fulfill my goals for a long period of time.

French sponsors have responded negatively, it's a shame! For 2 years I'll be overseas and could not therefore intervene in schools and meeting children. I'll have to find a "virtual" (TV and internet) to continue my efforts and to share my adventures environmental.

Late January (before my departure for New Zealand), I still found the children, it will do me good contact with them. It's in the classes that I see the results of my efforts, and it's very motivating!

For now, I have to concentrate on Mt Blanc. An attempt in winter is risky, especially with a tarpaulin 50m ²! Our planet deserves an effort ... So here we go !!!!!
