Danger!
It is nice, but there are upper wind and snow is not stabilized. The 2.2 m of snow accumulated over the past two weeks is bad news for me ... I took a walk by the other side of Mont Blanc to see if I could go through it, and again it seems complicated for the moment and very dangerous! Some video footage to explain this little journey ...
I have also been discussed with the mountain guides, and it is not tip top toupee! The only possibility to get for now is ski touring (which I do not have) and then ski down with 15kg (my tarp and anchors) from the summit of Mont Blanc between seracs ... well not for me ! Moreover, with 40km / h wind at the top, I can not under any circumstances deploy my tarp. I venture to fly with me ...: s
Also another difficulty: the paragliders who were to aerial images are no longer available. And the other possibility by Helicopter (very controversial) is only possible in October for a TV show.

You're right it is not tiptop toupee! Why do not you ask Yann Artus Bertrand to take you from the sky? He has every right to the chopper! It must be expensive? You certainly carbon offset by planting trees!
Otherwise why not wait until the summer in the heat? October or why not? It is often still a great season.
Not as easy choice but we trust you, especially the main thing is not to take risk. We will be patient because we know that you can do it because our planet deserves an effort and you're the champion of perseverance.
We embrace you all, courage! If you can not put the tarp on the Mont Blanc by September we can put it on the roof of the canteen and we will take the picture of the yard! ;)) But it would be a little less loud and less efficient!

I think expect to continue this project in October. The conditions will be better!
The idea of the roof of the canteen tent me too. We can try! this experience will be fun as I thought ... also extend into the playground with all the students around (which takes the tarp))! we will make a nice picture of a roof then. What do you think?
For the helicopter: yes it will offset carbon by planting trees! that's for sure!
