Video Reunion Island:

Walking to the beach, I, again, violently twisted his ankle with other torn ligaments. I realized then that I came to "destroy" all my chances to go back in the mountains before the end of the year. Now, surgery is required!

Imagine with me that I am now in a deep crevice, dark bluish color. I have my Mountain Hardwear jacket to keep me warm. It will take me forever to get out, and to walk again and sweep the tops PATIENCE ... so until March 2009.

Before the accident, here's where I was:

After the accident, I needed to "magic" so I took the altitude ... see the video!

Encounter with a penguin

Published by Arian Under New Zealand 2008

There is a saying: "causes the chance!" the cause, it simply means to move, to do something, to leave home, talk to people ... That day, I waited 2 hours in the open air to watch penguins Hoiho (very rare and at risk).

penguin-hoiho-nz.jpg

The penguins are very shy and very sensitive to the "inconvenience". We do not see that far, about 70m, from strategic platform built for tourists, so they do not go bored (and here I will use even another word "emmer ...") the penguins, some Commes selfish and ignorant tourists know how to do ...

That day, thanks or because of a seal, a penguin was diverted from its usual path, and came face to me for 15 minutes ... I did not move, either, he dried his feathers before going to bed for the night. It was magical! What happiness! An unforgettable moment that makes me smile whenever I think about it ...

Discovery Coast "Catlins" and marine animals

Published by Arian Under New Zealand 2008

The mountains are very attractive, and discover while cleaning is my passion, but with a sore ankle, it is much less pleasant!

kea-curious-to-a-dechet.jpg

So I went along the southeast coast of the South Island of New Zealand. I stopped in different places to discover the coast and its beaches ... During these walks, I collected the waste dumped by the sea on the beach ... Almost every place I found waste ... the harsh reality of "human paradox" hit me full force, but a little later, I met a seal, sea lion or even penguins (or penguins?), which delighted me and made me smile! It's really magic every time I meet mammals marins.L intensive agriculture is the main danger to the marine mammals in coastal New Zealand women.

Preserve our planet we preserve these animals. They were quite right to live in a clean and healthy environment! Do not throw your garbage in nature!

Hiking around Mt Aspiring

Published by Arian Under New Zealand 2008

Hello,

I took my vacation down south to see the Mt Aspiring National Park. The weather was perfect, but my ankle was not ready yet unfortunately ... always responsive (even with a strapping)! So I changed my goals and ambitions in order to limit the "breaks".

There really is very little waste in New Zealand. Each time, I am pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the trails ... very different from the Alps!

I let you watch the video.
